Weedth publishes cannabis cultivation information for educational purposes. Our goal is to provide practical, understandable, and evidence-informed guidance without turning marketing claims, personal opinions, or isolated observations into universal facts.
How We Select Topics
Many Weedth articles begin with questions and problems submitted by growers through email, Facebook, the Weedth contact form, and community discussions. We also select topics based on recurring cultivation problems, gaps in existing information, new scientific findings, and observations made during real growing cycles.
How We Research Articles
Our articles may use information from:
- Peer-reviewed scientific studies
- University publications and extension resources
- Agricultural and horticultural research institutions
- Government and recognized research organizations
- Scientific theses and technical publications
- Established plant science and horticulture references
- Manufacturer documentation when verifying technical specifications
- Firsthand cultivation observations and testing
Commercial product pages are not treated as independent scientific evidence. Manufacturer information may be used to verify specifications, but performance and marketing claims are evaluated separately.
Scientific Evidence and Growing Experience
Scientific research and firsthand experience serve different purposes. Weedth does not present personal experience as scientific proof.
When an observation comes from Alex Buck’s own cultivation experience, it is identified as practical experience, field observation, or personal testing. When a statement is supported by published research, the relevant source is cited whenever practical.
Where cannabis-specific research is limited, evidence from plant science, soil science, horticulture, controlled-environment agriculture, or related crops may be discussed with the limitation clearly explained.
Sources and Citations
Important scientific, technical, medical, safety, and legal claims should be supported by sources whenever reliable sources are available.
We prioritize original research and primary sources over marketing articles or unsourced summaries. References may appear next to the relevant statement or in a source list at the end of the article.
A citation does not mean that Weedth endorses every statement made by the cited organization. It means that the source supports the specific claim for which it was referenced.
Editorial Independence
Weedth does not currently use affiliate links. If affiliate relationships, sponsorships, free products, or paid collaborations are introduced in the future, they will be disclosed clearly on the relevant page.
Commercial relationships will not determine the conclusions of an article or review.
Article Updates
Articles may be updated when new research becomes available, when guidance becomes outdated, or when readers identify information requiring clarification.
The Last Updated date is changed only when a meaningful content revision has been made. Dates are not changed solely to make old content appear new.
Questions and Corrections
Readers are encouraged to question our conclusions, provide additional evidence, and report possible errors. Correction requests can be submitted through the Weedth contact form or by emailing weedth.company@gmail.com.
